Leadership Team Bio: Nancy Bigley
Bottle & Bottega’s leadership team is dedicated to the ongoing growth and support of the brand and franchisees. One key player behind the success of Bottle & Bottega is CEO and Co-Owner Nancy Bigley.
Nancy developed and launched the Bottle & Bottega franchise system in November of 2011. Prior to her role at Bottle & Bottega, Nancy had been involved in franchising since the early 90s, working in franchisee operations and executive leadership for brands such as Dunkin’ Brands, American Leak Detection and The Dwyer Group.
After many years of corporate success, Nancy was still looking to fulfill her dream of launching and running her own franchise concept. When she was introduced as a mentor to Bottle & Bottega and her now business partner Stephanie King-Myers, she knew she had found the perfect concept to launch her dream.
Now with 17 locations across eight states, Nancy’s influence at Bottle & Bottega is clear. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s strategy development and execution, as well as franchise development, operations, systems and technology.
Nancy has a bachelor’s degree in business management from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from California State University San Bernadino. She is also heavily involved in the International Franchise Association (IFA) and volunteers her time as a mentor to other new franchisors through the organization’s Franship program. Nancy also serves on the Membership Committee and is Vice Chair of the Women’s Franchise Committee.
