General Information

What are your hours of operation?

How long are your private events?

Event duration varies depending on your needs but range from 1 to 3 hours. Please contact your local Bottle & Bottega for further details.

What kind of paint do you use?

We use non-toxic, water-soluble acrylic paint, which wipes off easily from hard, non-porous surfaces.

What do I wear?

Aprons are provided, but if you plan on being a messy painter, you may not want to don your best duds. We do use acrylic paint, though, so it will wash out if you rinse it right away.

What if I'm pregnant?

Our acrylic paint is non-toxic so it’s safe for children and expectant mothers.

Will my painting be dry and ready to take home?

Acrylic paints dry very quickly, which makes your paintings ready to transport immediately following the event!

Do you ever ship artwork?

Yes! We’ll ship your paintings wherever you’d like. Please contact your local Bottle & Bottega for further information regarding shipping fees.

Public Events

What is a pop-up party?

As part of community outreach, we partner with local restaurants and other venues to host our art parties even after our permanent studio is open. Check the events calendar at your local Bottle & Bottega for further event details.

How much does it cost?

How do I register?

Check the events calendar at your local Bottle & Bottega. Click on the event, and complete the registration form to purchase your ticket(s) securely online. Once complete, you’ll receive an automatic e-mail confirmation.

How long are the events?

It varies. The cocktail and art instruction times are listed in the event description on the Events Calendar for your local Bottle & Bottega.

Who is teaching the class?

A local artist will provide hands-on instruction throughout the event. For larger class sizes, additional artists will circulate to provide instruction.

What will we paint?

For a public event, you’ll paint the image shown on our calendar, but you don’t have to paint that image—feel free to get creative!However, the lead instructor will be teaching the calendar image to the rest of the class, so you’ll need to be patient as our artists provide verbal instruction for your selected piece when possible.

Can my friends and I sit together?

If you have a LARGE GROUP, we’ll do our best to seat you all together. Help us out by including the total number of guests and/or guests’ names when you register OR call us to provide the date/time of your event and the number of guests in your group.

How is parking?

What if I'm running late?

If you get to the party more than 30 minutes late, we’ll do our best to catch you up, but we won’t be able to extend the class time. We can, however, invite you back to any other public event (space permitting) FREE OF CHARGE to finish your painting.

Is alcohol provided at public events?

B&B locations are subject to the laws on alcohol consumption of the states and counties in which they operate. Please contact your local Bottle & Bottega for more information regarding alcohol sales. Also, be sure to read the event description when registering for an event to determine any inclusions.

Private Events

How much does it cost to host a private party?

Private Event pricing varies. Contact an Event Specialist at your local Bottle & Bottega for more information.

How do I reserve / book an event?

May I select my own artwork?

Yes, when booking a Private Event, you can choose your favorite artwork(s) from the B&B gallery (library).

How many guests do I need to book a party?

Guest minimums and maximums vary per location. Please contact your local Bottle & Bottega for more details.

Do you require a deposit to book a party?

A deposit is required for all private events. The deposit goes toward your final balance, which is due upon completion of the event.

Does the cost include tax or gratuity?

Rates include tax and service fees. Gratuities are welcome but not required.

What does the party include?

Each event includes set-up (tarp or plastic is provided for Pop-up Parties) and cleanup, all art supplies, aprons, hands-on art instruction and a take-home masterpiece for each guest. Will you travel to me?

Yes. We will go just about anywhere! A Travel Fee will be charged to cover transportation. This fee varies depending on the distance. For larger events requiring multiple artists, additional fees may apply.

Should I tip the artist?

Tipping is not obligatory, but if you feel like the artist or model did a great job, by all means, give them a little something extra!
